CHAPERONES & UNDER 16’s

Please feel free to bring a chaperone to your appointment. Patients under the age of 16 will require a
Parent / Guardian present with them at all appointments.

On the initial assessment & subsequent follow up treatment sessions, the area which is to be assessed and treated will have to be directly accessible to the
practitioner. It is therefore recommended that you wear (or bring with you) suitable clothing. We recommend the use of sporting type briefs and sports bra’s/
undergarments for ladies, as these allow access to areas such as the groin, hip, lower back, buttocks, abdominals and mid back. We will also need you to be
able to move all your joints freely and recommend that non-restrictive clothing is worn. In most cases shorts & a vest top for ladies are fine.
