CANCELLATION POLICY

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Should you have to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Failure to cancel the appointment at least 24 hours prior to an appointment, half the
appointment fee will still be charged.
In the event on a non-arrival for appointments with no prior notification, we will
have to charge full appointment fee.
